Training
Conflict management to presentation skills, Leslie Kahn is available to provide tailored training for your company or organization. Leslie has given classes for the Corps of Engineers, Better Business Bureau and other recognized organizations. Along with training work, Leslie served as adjunct faculty for Virginia Commonwealth University and University of Alabama.
Training topics include, but not limited to, the following:

When you invest in training you invest in loyalty development and productivity of employees. Skills that should have been developed at an earlier stage in life are often lacking. Employees also become tired, resistant to change, and finally angry. Teaching people to work together is part of ensuring that your system runs smoothly. When individuals feel respected, listened to, and are trained, they perform at a higher level. Addressing conflict clears the air so that individuals can focus and spend their energy on the task at hand and not on the issues that continue to flare up. Work with individual employees is available.
Training in peer mediation, team building, and social skill development is available for children and teens.
